A 24-year old Cornelius man was arrested Monday afternoon when he nearly struck two officers from Oregon State Police and Washington County Sheriff's Office along with emergency vehicles, after driving upon a traffic crash scene at a high rate of speed.
On July 22, 2013 at approximately 3:30 p.m., an OSP trooper stopped to assist Washington County Sheriff's Office (WCSO) at the scene of a single vehicle crash into a tree on Scotch Church Road just west of Jackson School Road.
