Oregon State Police (OSP), with the assistance of Marion County Sheriff's Office (MCSO), arrested a Mill Creek Correctional Facility escapee and six others Tuesday night at a Salem-area residence. The other inmate escapee hasn't been found and OSP and Department of Corrections urges the public to provide information that will help locate and take him into custody.

On July 30, 2013 at approximately 9:30 p.m., OSP troopers and Marion County deputies were following up on tips and possible leads to locate DARYL MANUEL HERNANDEZ, age 34, and FRANCO ARMANDO MORENO, age 25, both Mill Creek Correctional Facility inmates who escaped from custody July 18, 2013.

An anonymous tip led OSP and MCSO to a Salem-area address located at 742 Norman Avenue NE where troopers and deputies found escaped inmate DARYL MANUEL HERNANDEZ and took him into custody. Additionally, six other people were taken into custody that had outstanding warrants or were in violation of parole. The other six people taken into custody are identified as:

* Warrant - Harassment

JONATHAN DAVID MORROW, age 28
* Warrant - Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree

AARON JACOB OLEMUN, age 28
* Warrant - Parole Violation, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance - Cocaine, and Theft in the First Degree
