On September 29th, 2016 at approximately 9:30pm, The Oregon State Police was notified of a fatal shooting at a residence in O'Brien, Oregon.
Upon arrival, troopers located a deceased male, Mr. Jeffrey W. Hunsaker, age 46 from Cave Junction, at the location. The Oregon State Police Criminal Division responded and is the lead on the investigation.
At this time, everyone involved in the incident has been interviewed and the investigation is continuing.
No further information will be released as the investigation is ongoing.
