Oregon State Police (OSP) is asking for the public's help to find a wanted person who fled a traffic crash last Saturday at the intersection of Highway 213 and S. Dryland Road in Clackamas County.
The suspect, DAVID GUADALUPE OLIVA-MORGA, age 26, is wanted out of Marion County on a felony drug-related warrant. He is described as Hispanic male, 6'3", 160 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
On August 10, 2013 at approximately 6:00 p.m., OLIVA-MORGA was driving a vehicle that failed to stop at a stop sign on S. Dryland Road and collided into a pickup pulling a trailer that was traveling on Highway 213. The other driver was not injured. OLIVA-MORGA was last seen fleeing on foot on S. Dryland Road. He is known to reside and frequent in the Woodburn and Molalla areas.
