On Monday, August 26, 2013 the Klamath County Major Crime Team was activated to investigate the death of Cheng Sio Saechao, age 28. The investigation by the Major Crime Team has made substantial progress over the past 19 hours.
David Guy Mogelburg, age 33, turned himself in and has been arrested for Murder and Arson in the Second Degree.
The vehicle of interest, a 1990's Blue Jeep Cherokee, the Crime Team believes is located but final verification is pending review by the Oregon State Police Crime Lab.
One person of interest remains unidentified. Law Enforcement would appreciate the public's help in locating him. A previous news release provided a link to photographs of this individual.
The public is advised not to approach the person of interest. Anyone who has information about the investigation should call Klamath County 9-1-1. Others with information related to this case is asked to call Klamath Falls Police Department at (541) 883-5336 and ask to be connected with the Command Post.
