Oregon State Police (OSP), with the assistance of Eugene Police Department arrested a Eugene man following an attempt to elude in a vehicle and on foot in the Eugene area.

On December 17, 2013 at approximately 10:45 a.m., an OSP sergeant attempted to stop a White Ford pickup with two occupants for a traffic violation on Royal Avenue west of Eugene.
