Update #2: Added Driver's Name - Serious Injury Traffic Crash - Highway 99E north of Canby (Photo)

Oregon State Police (OSP) is continuing the investigation into Friday's two vehicle serious injury traffic crash that occurred on Highway 99E at S. Haines Road north of Canby. The name of one driver is released in this update. The name of the other driver, ALLAN D. PAGE, age 74, from Canby, who was seriously injured, is being released in this update.

Preliminary information indicates on May 30, 2014 at approximately 11:35 a.m., a 2007 Toyota Prius four-door driven by PAGE was in the left turn lane southbound on Highway 99E at the S. Haines Road intersection. The Toyota began turning left and was struck by a 2013 GMC Yukon four-door wagon traveling in the left northbound lane.

PAGE was transported by LifeFlight to Legacy Emanuel Medical Center with serious injuries. The hospital confirmed he is in an Intensive Care Unit for continued treatment.

The GMC's driver, SCOTT BUSH, age 46, from Camas, Washington, was transported by ground ambulance to Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center with minor injuries. He has been treated and released.

OSP was assisted at the scene by Canby Police Department, Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, Oregon City Police Department, Canby Fire District, and ODOT. The highway was blocked for over an hour and was re-opened in both directions about 12:45 p.m.
