A Salem man was cited and released for DUII and Reckless Driving in relation to an early morning commercial motor vehicle crash on Highway 154 near milepost 1.
On February 3, 2014 at approximately 7:25 a.m., a dump truck pulling a fully loaded trailer with gravel, operated by THOMAS COLE, age 46, from Salem, was northbound on Highway 154 near milepost 1.
