Oregon State Police (OSP) are in the area of Oregon Youth Authority MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility in the Woodburn area for a reported man with a gun. As of 4:30 p.m., OSP troopers have three persons of interest detained in the area. There is no threat to the local community and the youth correctional facility is locked down. More information will be released when available.
